Initial Phone Consultation
Unlike many, we love to have a phone call with you first. Allowing you to go over your health concerns and health goals. In return, this allows us to walk you through our process, talk through our neurological scans, and answer any questions you have from the comfort of your own home! We love this process because it helps you determine if we are the right office for you, and if what we offer is what you are looking for when it comes to chiropractic care. We are also able to help you with referrals if you are in need of any other services that will help optimize your health alongside chiropractic care.
Your First Visit
This first visit will give us the opportunity to see what is going on and go further into detail with your concerns, needs, and goals for your health. Upon scheduling your first visit we will provide you with initial paperwork that gives us a good idea of how we can help you! Paperwork will be sent to you to fill out before your first visit to the office. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by a warm smiling face when you arrive at your initial consultation.
After going over your paperwork and diving into your goals, we will assess your neuro-spinal system. This is done with our state-of-the-art technology that helps us assess the spine and how your nervous system is functioning as a whole. After your scans, we will do a comprehensive structural analysis with a state-of-the-art digital X-ray system. This allows us to see what structural compensation your body may be making to adapt to the stress that has been placed on your nervous system.
The Scans
- Thermal Scan- allows us to see where your body is holding inflammation.
- sEMG- segmental EMG allows us to see how your muscles are firing as they hold up and protect your spine. This shows us if there are any areas that are overcontracted and guarded, or areas that are not protecting your spine as best as they could. This shows us imbalance patterns and where stress is built up in the nervous system.
- HRV- heart rate variability is a great tool for us to measure your stress. We are able to plot where you are on a chart and see where your energy levels are, as well as if you are in a state of fight or flight.
These three tests allow us to put a stake in the ground and see where you are, and help us careplan to get you to where you want to be to achieve the goals you have for your health.
After gathering information from your history, and the examination, we will be able to not only determine if you are a good candidate for the care we provide in our office, but determine how we can help you, and lay out a plan to help you reach your desired goals. Plan to spend about 40 minutes to allow ample time for us to be thorough and connect with you.
Your Second Visit
After the first visit in our office the doctors will have gone over all the information together and will determine how best to serve you. When you arrive for this second visit, we will go over in detail the results of your scans, X-rays, and consultation/exam. We will be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding care recommendations. Please allow 20 minutes for this visit to allow time for any questions regarding you and your family's care.
